Completely. Session details, personal disclosures, and reading notes are private to the reader. Nothing is shared, recorded, or disclosed. We operate under a strict personal confidentiality standard and in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
How do I pay? +
Once your session is confirmed, we send a secure Razorpay payment link via your preferred contact channel. We accept UPI, cards, and net banking. Payment is required before the session begins.
Can I cancel or reschedule? +
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session may be rescheduled once at no charge. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. We understand life happens — please reach out as early as possible.
What if I am under 18? +
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above only. We are unable to conduct readings for minors under any circumstances.
Do you offer readings in languages other than English? +
Yes — sessions can be conducted in English and Hindi. Please mention your preferred language in the booking form.
